It is very important for you to know and do these exercises as they play an important role in your life and help you improve yourself and be better. Below I have listed a few general and most important exercises that you can do to achieve your goal of self-development or personal improvement.
Reading Books:
Books are like treasure boxes. It is up to you, how much treasure you can collect from these boxes. They are full of knowledge, examples, and ways to help you gain more and more success at any level. Books are like a guide for you in the new lands and they will take you to your success. Every successful entrepreneur from Bill Gates to Elon Musk says that they read almost an hour every day.
Brain Exercise:
You need to train it to accept the mistakes, you need to train your brain to be calm like water. You need to train your brain to accept both success and failure in the same way. Get a lesson from your failure and get a strategy from your success. Your brain must be able to handle everything, every situation. It must be trained to be ready for anything at any time.
Talk to yourself:
You must at least talk twice a day to yourself in the mirror. Talk to yourself is important so that you remember and repeat why you started all this and why should you keep doing this and never quit this. You need to talk to yourself every day no matter you win, or you lose. Just talk to yourself and do not let yourself quit your game and, in the end, this little self-talk will prepare you mentally for a tougher time.
Practice public speaking:
Public speaking is a very important skill, you should lean it and practice it. A person who cannot talk to a crowd becomes part of the crowd. And become a person who not the part of crowd anymore. Public speaking is also important for business as well. Being a speaker to the crowd is better then being a part of crowd.
Develop a workout plan:
The workout is important for your physical health and can help you calm your mind. You should develop a weekly or monthly workout plan so that you can be healthy, and your physique remains superior to everyone.
Rise early in the morning:
It is not an exercise but more a routine, this routine can help you a lot. People who wake up early are more creative and more intelligent. You can rise early, go for a walk. See the fresh sun and feel the fresh air. This will improve your mental and physical health and will take a you a step closer to achieve your goals.
